The Awareness and Intellectualizing program is one of the main 3 programs the center is implementing. The program is working on improving awareness among the Palestinian society members within the frame of the center's fields of work through different activities as follows:

1-     Organize workshops and symposia

2-     reach the target groups through the media 

3-     issue pamphlets and flyers enhancing awareness

4-     offer individual and collective extension services for citizens

The capacity building program works on enhancing and building the capacities of the Palestinian society and the institutions working in the same fields as those of the center through providing technical assistance to governmental and nongovernmental institutions, give training to employees, mediators, Mukhtars, lawyers, judges, policemen, universities students, ..etc. 

The program main duties are to:    

1-     provide technical assistance

2-     prepare and implement training courses in capacity building fields

3-     conduct needs assessment studies for institutions and target groups

Mobilize and motivate the community program was innovated in the framework of the center's new strategy that worked on meeting the Palestinian society needs since the few recent years witnessed a state of security disorder and the failure to perform the duties entrusted to the legislative and executive bodies. As a result, it was necessary to find a mechanism to work with the public to mobilize them and make them aware of public issues in purpose of making difference and change.

The strategic objective of the program is represented in activating the community role and involves them in decision making and influencing decisions through a set of activities such as:

1-     mobilize and motivate the community in the field of democracy, human rights, and good governance

2-     organize and implement workshops and public meetings to mobilize and motivate the community

3-     get use of the media for mobilizing and motivating the community 

4-     prepare pamphlets, flyers, and brochures

5-     resolve conflicts using mediations and legal consultancy
